Define the size and pressure requirements
Full Port — bore matches the pipeline (no flow restriction).
Reduced Port — smaller bore than pipe (lighter, cheaper, slight pressure drop).
Pick Full Port for pigging or low-pressure-drop runs.
Handwheel Operated — manual handwheel for direct operation. Best for smaller sizes or low-cycle service.
Gear Operated — handwheel through a worm-gear reducer. Lower input torque for the operator; preferred for larger sizes and higher pressure classes.
Required when Operator Extension is selected — center-of-bore to center-of-handwheel dimension.

G Orientation — handwheel/actuator at 270° from the bleed side (Omni standard).
Motor Adapter Kit. Adapter plate, stainless hardware, and a dual-keyed drive shaft on top of the gear operator — lets you mount a handwheel or electric actuator without machining.

Drain & Thermal Relief. Internal plumbing that relieves pressure trapped between the seats when the closed valve heats up.
No DTR is cheapest. Other options route relief to LH or RH flange, with cold-climate variants tubing-routed to drain.
The standard relief system relieves excess pressure in the valve cavity from thermal expansion when the valve is closed, and features a manual bleed to atmosphere.
