1997

Starting the foundation of Omni Valve

Driven by a keen understanding of the energy sector's evolving needs, Harry Johnson recognized a critical gap in the market: a lack of reliable, high-performance actuated valves for specialized applications. In 1997, he founded Array Products to address this underserved segment, initiating production of his first innovative valve designs.

The model PX pneumatic piston actuator, Arrays' inaugural product, is still being manufactured to this day.

2011

Omni Valve LLC was Established

In 2010, Harry Johnson retired from Array Products, and his son, Michael Johnson, then Vice President of Sales, was appointed head of operations. Building upon his father's vision, Michael Johnson established Omni Valve in 2011.

This new venture focused the product line towards surface safety controls and isolation valve applications, resulting in customers receiving higher quality, longer-lasting products ideal for remote and ecologically sensitive areas.

2016

Omni Valve acquires Turco Valve

Omni's 6D mid-stream market saw significant sales growth for its OmniSeal double block/isolation and bleed expanding plug valve, driven by increased transmission infrastructure investments. Omni's acquisition of Turco Valve further enhanced this growth and continues to be an asset.

2025
